I would like for you to be happy with your purchase, so if you don't love an item please email me to start the returns process within 14 days of pick up or delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, a credit for the total amount excluding the original shipping cost will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs and for the safety of the product for their returns.
If your order arrives damaged, notify me immediately with a photo of the damaged piece so I can replace the item or issue a refund. I will only be able to replace or refund any damaged items if notified within 7 days of delivery.
